How to lose weight by eating in restaurants

You're probably tired of home cooked meals, and would like to go to a restaurant for a change. However, the doctor has told you that eating out can make you gain weight.

So you don't know very well what to do, do you? This article will tell you how to enjoy free food from restaurants that makes you fat.
