The world of tea is fascinating and seductive! Whether it is morning masala chai of India, Kahva of Russia or high tea of UK, tea is synonymous with good times and joyous moments. Can u imagine drinking your tea from a wine glass or brewing it in a sauce pan? I am sure it is a disgusting thought. Tea is so complex yet so pure that it needs to brewed and enjoyed from particular tea equipments:

• Tea pots

As there are numerous tea types in the world, pots for various teas are also different.
ü Usually for black teas, people prefer 2 cup or 4 cup (according to consumption pattern of the household) porcelain teapot is perfect
ü It is said that green tea or oolong tea is best brewed in a smaller teapot (Chinese or Japanese)
ü Herbal infused tea is all about color and aroma. In such a scenario, what better tea pot than a clear one to show off the elegance and beauty of this tea. You just need to keep warming it up again as they tend to lose temperature fast
Most of the teas can be brewed in a great mug also. Just use a nice infuser and you are set! Mug is tight fitting, smooth, polished and balanced. Just make sure it has a spout!

• Water Kettle

Water kettle, however basic it sounds, is usually critical. We tend to use just any water kettle but most of them are not used properly. Make sure the water kettle you are using has handles that do not get hot, is made of good quality material, avoid aluminum, is of appropriate size and has a tight fitting lid. Make sure there is a good, non leaky spout.
Well, these days even electric kettles are there market and they are good too. They are more convenient and hassle free.

• Tea Infuser

Usually people tend to use the normal wire mesh infuser. In reality, it is not a good infuser. It is too small to allow the leaves to expand properly. Infusers' need to fit the whole mug and extend deeply into the tea pot. Hence it is essential to get hold of a good quality, broad infuser to enjoy a good herbal tea brew.
Getting the right equipment and brewing your favorite tea in it is a joyous moment in every person`s day.
