I remember my mother used to cook for us quite sumptuously every Christmas when I was living with them. I believe that I was able to get my mother's way of cooking and preparing for Christmas dinners now that I have my own family too. Christmas for us is one of the best times of the year where we spend a great deal of time in the dinner table, enjoying each other's company.
