The Chinese discovered the many uses of tea. It originated in their vast country. Knowing how to use the tea plant for medicinal purposes at first, they soon discovered that tea is a source of relaxed pleasure. They began to harvest tea and safely stored it for later use after the growing season. So important became tea to the Chinese, that simple act of brewing tea became an art that was delivered ceremoniously every time tea was poured.
